I honestly don't know if I can be that independent at your age, I rely so much on my parents and everything. XD
That's kinda why I'm settling on an East Coast college, I feel like independence is something you learn from trial and error~

had to be independent since 16 when i first got a job.
after my job had to pay for everything by myself
and college is all by me too.
so i didn't have much of a choice xD

but yeah, being away will definitely help you gain some of that.
it's basically all about trial and error

I guess this is the bright side of having Asian parents, they do pretty much everything. lol
I had a job once but quit after I got too busy with schoolwork.
And because I didn't like it. >.<
But yeah, all my friends have jobs, they pay for their own gas...my parents won't even let me drive to anywhere that's more than 30 minutes away. rofl

That's why I couldn't go to Coachella too. emo
