Lovely use of pastels c: It's really cute.
I would suggest either a shorter skirt or pants because that skirt messes with the shape of this lovely avatar a little too much for my liking :/

I love the colours and the earthy feel to it :3
The dress bothers me but I think it's just because of the white at the bottom. Also maybe try pullin some of that gorgeous teal from the hair into your body?
