haha yeah since the government cut back on council spending they just seemed to stop caring for you country folk, which is pretty bad given most of the county it country side or forest. haha yeah.

Also Dai I'm stuck with my current avi I dunno what to do with the chest I feel it stand out too much with the colour scheme I'm using but cannot find a decent green top that works with this set up and the Action hero (dust) doesn't make much difference making it stand out less, maybe the vest from trick shot or shirt from Verdant Schoolboy's Style would work also the effect from the Bug Wanderer background could mask it, what do you think?

Man, your city really needs to sort out their priorities and how they treat their middle class and lower class citizens :L

I think the no shirt look works with the rest of your avi, so instead of looking for a green shirt, why not look for tattoos? I would go for any Zetta Heaper recolour tattoos + Forest Warden + Sea's Bones (gils) to match the red tinge in the knife.
