I really like this.
I tried to make a similar avatar awhile back,
and just didn't feel like I could put it off.

You stick to an elegant feel,
while keeping you color scheme.
The only thing that bothers me is the sword(?).

I wasn't sure what to do to break up the bright white of the skirt.

Yeah I thought that too, but if the hat's not white then the head seems too dark gonk its too frustrating!
