i think it's ugly but the theme is cool
i like the concept but i hate the hat
but the hat fits the theme
so im not going to rate you because my rate will be biased
because the avatar is ugly imo but the theme is brilliant.

the butterflies, halo and kiseru take away from the clutter
since your main focus is the detailing on the avatar you dont
want outside clutter
so i suggest you lost them
also, it wouldn't hurt to smile
a good facial expression always gets higher rates
