I think this has the potential to be an extremely suave gentleman. c;
The shoes are really bothering me though, they have a weird shape to them haha... Sorta like cankles loool.
The torso has a bit too much white and it's quite distracting tbh. Also that hat doesn't match any of the other blues ; A ;

What's the bottom cape thingy you have equipped? I think that's the main culprit for throwing off all the blues (unless that's the vest)... xD
