Critique my avatar!

It's a good start, however there's a few things I suggest...

1. The Expression--It's blank. I'd like to see you work with it a little more than just closing the eyes--make your avi convey some emotion.

2. The Hairpins--You need black on the head, but I suggest using something else. Try looking on tek tek.

3. The Arms--They're awful bare. Look into some gloves and/or bracelets.

Lastly, look at the black leather belt, or something to put some more detail around the waist.

I'm not sure if the horns in place of the hairpins is any better, but it was the only thing I could find that I had or was in my price range. (Of course, this was something that I already had) Does it work? Or do you have any other suggestions? Is that enough emotion? (I'm not changing the eyes because those are the only ones I have that look good and won't mess up the colors)

Yeah, I thought that might be the case. I'll take a look but it's hard to find matches! Maybe I can find something with the rusty red color.

I'd probably think about a different mouth, not one of the regular ones. Some sort of grimace perhaps?

Hrrm. Mouths are expensive. But I also can't find a good one. I don't really see any grimace mouths out there, expensive or not. The only other mouth I own is the Hidden Ace one, and I really don't think that one is better. Even for full expressions, Anesidora's Woe seems to be the only one that fits and I might be willing to buy.

Idk, I probably won't even keep this avatar for long once I get it. I'm super ADD about my avatars. But thanks for your help!
