Cream is pretty much a neutral color, so it goes with almost anything. o:
Other neutrals: navy, gray, black, white, brown.

Cream is just another shade of brown.

In short, I'd say yes. However, if the cream has a pinkish hue to it, it could be kinda clashy looking. But even that can look good if balanced well.
