Closed eyes item

I found the Sainte Ciel, but the closed eyes item has lipstick.. I don't mind too much, but is there a simpler (and also cheaper) one?

None of the regular closed eyes are cheaper.

Compass of Seidh or Chuchip's Blessing both have simpler closed eyes.

Ravenwood Manner (which is cheaper) has closed eyes with blood running down, as does Fall of the Morning Star.
