was it executed perfectly, or do i need a splash of blood somewhere?

I know the eyes are probably closed because of the blood tears so I would try and find a different mouth...one that gives off a more "unstable" or "psychotic" feel if thats what you going for. or "anger" whatever. the mouth just throws me off.
