One Million and One Rates
a working title

Welcome to
One Million and One Rates, the rating thread with more than just four rates. This is a rating thread with the soul goal of coming up with more rates to provide for you the community of Avatar Talk. Be sure to check the rules before asking for a rate, failure to follow the rules will cause you to not be rated in this thread. EVER. My intention is to open up the fun of the AT again without having all the mix ups in between.

Rules:
1. Read the Rules
2. No complaining or arguing about your rate.
3. Only one rate per post. Failure to do this results in no rate.
4. No Story rates for 'Clutter/Matching' avatars unless they have an obvious theme too.
5. Suggest me some more rates. O:< (Not mandatory) ****
6. Please wait until someone posts after you before you ask for another rate.
7. These rates are not copyrighted to me. Feel free to use them for yourself if you wish.
8. Open discussions about anything to do with the AT is allowed.
9. If you'd like to be a rater here you need to post saying as such and I'll pm you with the process.
10. When asking for a rate please post the number of the rate and the title.

**** Feel free to suggest any number of rates you want,
but don't feel bad if I don't put them up here. I did so
for one of two reasons: 1. They were similar to another
rate, or 2. They weren't clear enough to understand.

There are only 10 slots for the Hall of Fame. At any time once all 10 slots are full people can
be knocked out by a someone with a 'better' avatar. I'm the only one who can decide on who
is worthy. And to get a spot you must ask for the Hall of Fame Rate.

* N O T I C E *
People who are able to stay on the Hall of Fame for at least one week are
guaranteed 5k for each slot they hold. It is possible for you to have more
than one avatar on the Hall of Fame at any given time. Hell, its even possible
you take up all 10 slots and if you hold all ten for one week that's 50k O_o.
