"The item was not found in your inventory" - Fixed!

I haven't logged on in a long time but when I did I bought a new item and if I try to save my avatar after adding or removing items from it it tells me

"Data Validation Error

The item was not found in your inventory."

And then I noticed that I don't know what item I have that makes that red thing I'm standing on. I know I've always had it, but do you think an item I used to have disappeared? If it did who do I contact to try to get it back? What the heck was that item even called?!? If that's not the problem, I'm not sure what it is, because all my other equipped items seem to be in check, and I have WAY too many items in my inventory to check them all to see if they should or shouldn't be there.

Someone had the same problem, he said to 'Get Nekkid' and save, then re-equid your avatar. Seemed to work for him so you should try it. wink

Well l can anyone ID what the item is that makes that red circle I'm standing on? I can't find which one it is and I don't wanna take a chance on loosing it for good if it really did disappear from my inventory somehow.

My hat makes that thing I'm standing on. My HAT. Didn't see that one coming. Anyway, I'll try the "get nekkid" method.

...Aaaaaaaand it worked. Just clicked "get nekkid," saved, and re-equipped all my crap. No more error. Now I find myself asking the question "Do I really need 18 items on my avatar all at once?" ^__^

How should one go about if the glitched item was a skin potion?

I'm stuck without the grey elf skin I bought, if I go naked I'll be a vampire still. I fear saving then might altogether delete the info that my avatar was supposed to be an elf - since the potion item itself is used and gone by now.

I just bought a new hairstyle and my avatar isnt showing it. On top of that, anytime i try to save the avatar (I havent made any changes to it except the hair) it says theres a validation error and the item is not in my inventory.

This is the problem I'm having. even when I try to do the "get nekkid" thing, it still comes up with the validation error.
