Does anyone know of a similar hair style that doesn't cost 4 mill?

There is no other hair that's like that one at all. If you want to get that hair, you better wait until the item drops. Which it probably should since it shouldn't even be that high as it is.

Actually, the Shock White is kinda similar. It's a starter hairstyle in SD for 25 gold. It's got a big white puff in front and then kinda a black mullet.

There's a bird that used to be in the cash shop (Fuseling) that gives a brown and white hairstyle.

And the Ren and Gimpi dolls give white puffs that layer over base hairstyles.
