Not seeing my avatar ... Flash Issues?? [FIXED]

I go to change my avi but it says I need flash to see it.. the only problem is I have just updated my flash so I should be able to see my avi. Is anyone else having this problem?

Ps. I do appologise if I am in the wrong section here.
