Item Layering Glitch (Resulting in naked.)

I just discovered that if you try to use the following two item poses at the same time, the shirt (and bra) completely disappear and you are left with bare breasts.

Sainte Ciel: Agape (I will not forget)
Ancient Defender (Chestplate)

Although the two are not often (ever?) used together, I think it is worth looking into/fixing.
