Green pixels on avatar glitch

i noticed some items when equipped with other items give off green pixels on the avatar base.
i am trying to use the quintessence of decay skin but it always comes with the green glitch pixels....
is there a way gaia or myself can fix this? i don't want my avatar to look unnecessarily ugly.
