Customization Avatar Problem

Is it just me or does anybody else have this problem?

Every time I want to equip my avatar with a new item her clothes disappear leaving her in her undergarments.

And all the items that I had equipped in my invatory keep disappearing every time I click on the tabs.

Yeah thats sorta happening to me exept when I wanted to equip my gloves it put on my padmavati's lotus and when I saved some of my items arent on the list like my g lol blood set so i just unequiped everything and it still showed error. sad
