Can't reconfigure avatar?

I deleted my avtar to recreate it, right. Well, every time I reconfigure it (or attempt to), the title of the page flashes to "Uh Oh! Incorrect Password!" for a split second then goes back to the reconfiguration page I was on. I just wasted 10k on a gender change hoping that would help, but not I'm just a male shadow with the same problem. Also, even though I'm technically a male now, the avatar on the reconfiguration page is still a female. WTF? gonk

i've had a very similar problem since saturday. only difference is, it doesn't give me the incorrect password message, but sends me right back to the reconfigure page. and i've tried changing genders several times to see if that would solve it, and it didn't, so now i've wasted 30k.
