Avitar facial expressions and collectible not working

One of my avitar's facial expressions is the same as another on all mouth types (small-large). There's a frowning expression that turns out to be a puckered up lips expression, so I have two places to click for a puckered lips mouth expression, instead of having the scowling/frowning one.
Also, my Black Ops Collectible: skull face paint camo doesn't work at all. It used to, but now it doesn't even show up on my avitar's face.

Has anyone else experienced these issues?

ive had that problem. i tried adding it and it wouldnt appear so i had to equip the question mark.
