I'm leaning towards water because of the hair, fire because of the armor, and earth because of the general no-nonsense warrior attitude I'm vibing from the avatar.

If I had to pick one... I'd say fire. That seems like the likeliest culture to churn out tons of ninja/assassins. They've got to be quick on their feet and precise with their blows.
