Its difficult to choose just one due to the sub bending each element has.
Water:Blood bending,healing and snow bending
Fire:Lighting bending (I don't know if there's any more)
Earth:Metal/lava/sand bending
Air:Spirit bending,flying
If I had water bending I could heal others,but if I had earth bending I could do amazing things with metal.
I'm torn between the two. emotion_0A0
