I personally like The Last Airbender better

TLA has better development and characters.

LOK has a better plot and more focused on martial arts fighting.

I like LoK better in plot because it's much darker. I wish they would develop the characters better. Like for instance: Mako and Bolin's background story. We know their parents were killed by firebenders but we never heard Bolin's side of the story. Plus they just mentioned it and not what really happend.

And what about Asami's mother.

I do like the flashbacks in Korra's visions though.

I love both of em! TLA was awesome with how there were multiple funny moments in one episode. LoK is a little more serious but still has funny parts. But I have to choose TLA cause of Saka xD. Best character and very funny.
