I'm pretty certain this topic was already resolved. If Katara never taught anyone, then no bloodbending will exist. If Hama never taught anyone before or after she taught Katara, then the same thing happens. No bloodbending will exist. Of course, unless, Katara teaches Korra how to bloodbend. But I think this will be due to an extreme cause/very VERY dire situation.
