Being siblings I wouldn't be surprised if they conflicted once in a while.
I'm nuetral on the whole Makorra/Borra thing, but seing how oblivious Bolin is for now to the unsubtle Makorra, I dont see romance developing much between him and Korra. I do not believe Makorra is a favor to Zutara fans though since Zutara and Makorra are only similar in what elements they bend.
