First movie? You mean that Shamallama crap? You really want another movie of that?

Legend of Korra isn't a movie, it's a TV series just like Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's set 70 years after the 100 years war. Aang's gone and there is a new Avatar, a seventeen year old girl from the southern water tribe named Korra.
