Zuko, because he's a very dynamic character and isn't really much of a cliché. Also because of how he turned out in the end. He's my kind of character throughout the whole story.

Plus, he's hot, in more ways than one. c;

Either Sokka or Uncle Iroh. Sokka had great character development and was a great balance of humor and seriousness. Uncle Iroh was both funny and wise at the same time, and I love that in a character.
