I'm in the arena right now and my average rating is 2.53.

After how much work I put into this I figured it would do better than 50%. Any suggestions?

Where the hell did I go wrong and what could I have done better?

It is good. Nothing really wrong wit it, just that it's not really a very nice avatar to look at. Probably she's all crazy psycho in it...
Oh maybe the fact she could be a bit tanner? I think that white girl look is more Ty Lee's skin tone...

I'd definitely use different eyes. Hers are more yellow and almond-shaped. And I'd use the yellow skin tone too.
