Ugh...no time to critique this week due to mom needing me on my half days off...so...Time for a quick march rate time!


Cosplay:

1st-Chihiro-CAPTAIN (4.5/5)-darn it I should have done this! Couple things here and there but still a job well done!

2nd-As the World Falls Down-MAJOR (5/5)-Most impressed with the new additions to this well known character!

3rd-Ruka-MAJOR (5/5)-Creative way to create his/her outfit!

4th-Wanted: Flynn Rider-1ST LIEUTENANT (4/5)-not fond of the nose but it's original and clever!

5th-Kos-Mos-MAJOR (5/5)-Great job on the layering! I couldn't possibly of hoped to do as well!

6th-GlaDos-MAJOR (5/5)-As much as I get tired of Portal entries...this one blew me away! Should have placed higher!

7th-Buttercup-WARRANT OFFICER (3/5)-Keep on playing with item layering! It's not bad but I think it could be much better!

8th-Cream-2ND LIEUTENANT (3.5/5)-Love the way you did her dress and the hair was clever! Do need to see some makeup on the face and some bigger hands!

9th-Sherlock-2ND LIEUTENANT (3.5/5)- Nostalgic yes, but I think a little more work and attention to detail may be key!

10th-Blondie-CAPTAIN (4.5/5)-Darn near perfect! Nice job on the layering!

1st-Queen of the Tundra-1ST LIEUTENANT (4/5)-I like the layering but a couple spots here and there are a little rough!

2nd-The Condemned Phantom-CAPTAIN (4.5/5)-So creepy you can't help but love it! A bit of color needed in a couple spots...other than that...keep up the creations!

4th-Kimiquin Arlequin-MAJOR (5/5)-Knew this would place! I loved it when I first saw it! Bravo!

5th-The Lost Hatter-CAPTAIN (4.5/5)-Love the layering as usual! I wish an item repeat hadn't happened but trying to match those colors is pretty rough on any given day!

9th-When Autumn Meets Winter-CAPTAIN (4.5/5)-Cute idea and I love the neutral colors!

10th-Black and White Harlequin-MAJOR (5/5)-A new twist on the classic black and white! I love the razzle dazzle combined with lace!

mom broke the titanium plate that was put in to fix her broken leg...
I've been running around doing errands for her on my days off and have had little time to work on the cosplay items I have to complete before June...
Its been insanely busy at work and I've developed an extremely annoying eye spasm...
And then I got a nasty bill in the mail for my 2 doctor visits that the insurance was supposed to of taken care of...my husband's company owes me nearly 200 dollars in reimbursement money now.

Yeah...I'm trying to make the best of it and not be such a downer...but its hard some days. xp
On the bright side my mom will be helping me with my cosplay coat, sleeves, and dress once she's up and running again...
She already helped me cut the outside coat layer out, I'm cutting out the liner probably tomorrow. I just need to find a dress that fits what I want it to look like plus sleeves to go with it and now that I know how to read a pattern I should be able to do that myself.
And I made some awesome cookies...and got an awesome cookie and cupcake decorating book to play around with...
