1. You could, but I don't think that's necessary lol. Plus over time, the post might get a bit too massive.
2. Sure, but it might either distract away from the premise of this thread, or no one will enter since this forum is pretty dead anyways. xd
3. Sure! That would definitely work, and would be much easier than having the top 10 each week~
4. I do think a banner/header would make this thread more appealing, but at the end of the day, people come here for the crits, so it's ultimately up to you. <3
