Music... actually, I'm rather diverse in taste - I'll listen to almost anything, at least once. Some of my preferences include:

-Power metal, symphonic metal, some folk/pagan metal, and certain European pop/rock bands;
-Video game music and remixes;
-The type of stuff you'd hear on older versions of Dance Dance Revolution and its clones. No, not the modern DDR2 on Wii, which is six degrees of lame. :<
-Some jpop.

Often open to suggestions.

As for a Gangnam Style item... I'll leave that answer to people better suited to considering it. 3nodding

Sisky, I've seen that amazing weight loss picture of yours. I just wanted to say congratulations on your amazing achievement and I would love to know what all methods you used to lose the weight. For example, how long do you work out? How many calories did you take in? Etc, etc. I really could use the motivation!

Hey Cresandra!

Thanks for the nice words! I'm still a work in progress, but I never give up! To lose weight, I basically cut calories (and no refined carbs) and worked out a lot. Now I train with my personal trainer 4 times a week, and do 2 hours of cardio on the days I am not training.

What really helped me was having a tangible goal - something to accomplish. I set my goal of climbing Mt. Fuji and last year I made that goal. Staying focused on a life-changing event helped me keep on track. You can do this - never doubt! Feel free to pm me for more details biggrin
