It has now been about 6weeks since I sent in my Ticket and still have gotten no reply.
I asked in ATA about 2weeks ago and you said you would get on it, but still nothing.

We thought your issue was replied to already - our apologies! Regarding your request, I believe it was mentioned before that items that are on banned accounts remain on banned accounts. That said, if you have proof that these wings were on loan, and that you crafted them, please send a follow up ticket with this proof and we will return the wings to you.

Can we get achievement for being a features avatar? It will dramatically improve the quality of each week's featured avatars, but also means an increase in work load for whoever is picking them out...

I just wanted to ask if the problem with the avatar customization page was being looked at? Some equip items are being listed as game items, so we're not able to search for them on the customize page.

They did not get snubbed...they simply lost >_<

Hello! This is my first time in an ATA, as I have never been brave enough to ask a question. However, I am wondering if there's any progress made on fixing the low quality of avatars after saving. Red/pink items still look terrible after I save my avatar, and it's disappointing because I really want to be able to use items such as my Masquerade blush without my avatar's face appearing distorted.

I'm also wondering if the developers are aware that the Heralds of Chaos achievements granted to a lot of people (myself included) during the Valentines Day event, even if we haven't completed the 20 or 50 wins yet.

but whenever I go look at post history
the dates of posts are COMPLETELY out of whack.
I had a picture but I lost it.
If I can find it, I'll post it.
But until then I'll try to explain it the best.

Whenever it says "TOPIC CREATED",
it shows the current date, when obviously
the topic wasn't created that day.

I know this isn't a terrible buggy to report,
but it bothers me so much and has been going on FOREVER NOW.

If its fixable, I'd really appreciate it.

Why don't you guys keep a better Eye on those who are trying to Password Phish, As well as try to scam other players, and hack your own Gaian's that pay, and dedicate hours and days, and even years to this game?

Have you guys tried to attempt to create a Script, and or even looked at a few possible ways to reduce and or stop the Password Phising, the spam of threads via Harmful virus's and etc?

We can't be everywhere at once. There are hundreds, thousands of posts made every minute on Gaia and it isn't possible for us to feasibly review everything. A script wouldn't be accurate and may end up causing issues. That's why we rely on the users to report these situations to us if you see them posted.
