I just have a couple of easy questions:
What is going on with fishing? Is it going to be fixed soon or are we going to have to keep up with the guessing game? Competing is hard, but is extra hard when you can't fish whenever you want, being restricted by dear Logan telling me I don't have bait is starting to get annoying.

I think my biggest concern is that Obama has such high expectations of him. I am not entirely certain he will be able to do that in four years or even eight years if he ends up with a double term. However, change has to start somewhere. I see Obama as a stepping stone for that change. I have faith that while he may not be able to succeed as fully as he and others may expect or desire, he will still bring about the start of something better.

On a first note my poor DS needs a refresh to the signatures on it, I started using it and it wore them all off completely.

As for Obama I'm quite happy he's entering office tomorrow, its the first election I was able to vote in, I followed the first election for me and it's been amazing to see it all unfold. For the most part I'm just extremely happy to see Bush out of office. It's just a matter of waiting to see if he can hold out with what he promised the American people.

Actually, Obama being President is extremely big news throughout the world. After all, the USA wields enormous global power...what I hear a lot is that the rest of the world's very happy that America is coming to their senses. I have yet to hear one person who lives outside the USA who thinks McCain should have won.

01. Could anyone list a few of the GGN changes that are planned for the near future? (Spcifics pehaps?) I know that there will be a lot of back-end changes, but any front-end changes to look forward to? Like Guild Mass PMs, being able to see past join requests, or anything else?
I personally dislike the new, less colorful buttons that I've been seeing around.

02. Why do the vampire skins have such a large head, except with some items?

03. When I tab a bunch of guild threads, they barely load at all. They used to load just fine, taking into consideration that I had 10 or so tabs open. (*cough* fine, 20+) Not, though, one might load, then no loading, even if the pages haven't timed out, the internet does nothing and eventually need to be disconnected and reconnected to try again. Is this just me, or worth a bug report? (AtA Sep. 15th, it was mentioned that item norm has affected loading of not-so-related pages.)



Artists- Have you always been able to picture things well in your head or did you train that? Can you just picture the way you draw, or the original? If you trained yourself, how did you do that?

Lanzer- Have you ever considered answering the last week's questions that you wanted to answer, but didn't read until after the thread was closed? You could put the answers in a journal and tell us in the AtAs, or just post the answers in the thread-starter post for the next week. Oh, and copy from a file, and paste into the post, if you decide to post in the first AtA post. That way it's easier, less stressful, and much faster. wink

We had our second corporate day, and recently we had our "bad holiday sweather day", though nothing in the coming few months I don't think. Don't think "bring your kids to work day" counts. biggrin

Maybe, so far there had been no effort on connecting Gaia events with outside made games. At least for now our goal is to make fun games that can be brought back to the site as quests or other events.

Definitely. zOMG is a part of Gaia but is not a "necessity". Just like Towns, it's a fun place and will continue to be a key but not required part of the Gaia experience. In the meantime, we're trying hard to make zOMG run much faster so that more people can enjoy our game.

Some of us have only 200 some RAM some of us are on dial up not every one can run ZOMG I hope you’ll be addressing this need soon and also if you make new locations in ZOMG I hope beating the 1st final Boss wont be a prerequierment Im stuck at a part of ZOMG were I can’t pass it because of the lags its disappointing me.
