~Zupu: No, it's that their was metal shrapnel that got lodged in his chest cavity and it was slowly getting nearer to his heart. The metal thing was a sort of magnet that kept them from piercing his heart. You can't remove them without taing off the magnet, and I'm pretty sure they'd pierce his heart before a doctor could remove them.

I'm quite sure if the pieces are lodged in his chest, they don't just move towards his heart for no reason, if it's in his bloodstream, then that's another story. But I'm quite sure they're not moving so fast that doctors have no time remove them (after all, if they're moving that fast, YanSeng wouldn't have the time to put in the magnet in the first place, no?).
Plus, a magnet is suppose to keep metal pieces away and not attract them? O.o Unless the magnet keeps the metal attracted to it so it doesn't fall in towards the heart. But if so, magnet don't have to operate at zero distance. They could use a larger magnet placed at a greater distance, allowing room for operation. Flying around bumping into things with shrapnels in yer chest don't sound like the best idea, no?
