The baking? Well, when you put a metal through changing temperatures etc it alters the characteristics of the metal. Like if you heat a metal red hot and dunk it in cold water fast, it makes the metal harder (tho more brittle).

From "How It's Made"? You know, I hardly watch Discovery these days, because evertime I switch to Discovery I see Bear Grills in "Man vs Wild".... or maybe "Dirty Job", and then I switch to Science channel, and I see "How It's Made"..... the thing with How It's Made is that sometimes you're not interestes in the stuff, and when you're interested in something it's saying, it doesn't go into enough details about it.

Dealiest Catch once is ok, but season after season..... ManVSWild is ok, because it's teaching you survival techniques, you're still discovering something. Though I just don't like watching it.

What happen to the good ol days' shows, with trains and planes and spaceships!? My favorite was: Extreme Machines.

Yours is "Discovery with Anime" XD There was one on Discovery Travel channel about Tokyo. Pretty good. Speaking of which, check out "Monk Fish". Pretty hilarious/scary fish. Speaking of which again, went to aquarium yesterday... we only spend like 2hr there.... so fast this time.
