a chained black dragon trailing up her left arm
across her back is a woman in a mask who is both chained and holding the chains to the dragon and other less intricate tats. There's a dove, a flame, and a faceless man, all chained to the Hannya across her back

What colors is everything.... Or are they black and white only?

Does the dragon have wings ?

Um, I would say that the most vibrant colored thing would be the dragon and the woman in a mask. everything else would probably be black/white/non-colored
