Alea watched him sadly.
He stopped, sensing her sadness, and then sighed, returning and sitting on the edge of the bed.
"You can go if you like." She said softly.
"Just because I'm annoyed doesn't mean I'll leave a woman in pain." He protested, He did not insist that she talk to him, but he didn't leave her alone either. "I just don't like being tied up."
Alea watched him. "You are a slave. So act like one." She said - but her heart wasn't in it, she was just saything something.
"No, I'm a dragon and priest and a prophet and a prisoner, but I'm never a slave." His heart was behind his words, and they full of power and emotion. He'd make very moving speeches if he wanted to.
Alea shook her head quietly and stood. "Do and be who you wish. Leave me out of it." She said and left the room.
