That always happens with the artist - they become their worst critic. Even if you like something when you make it you'll hate it a week later xp (speaking by opinion that is)

Hmmm, I like your artwork... may I please get some tips as to how to start my own art shop? I have done two comissions already, but I only charged 500g and 1k, how do I get up the confidence to price my work more accurately??

Hm is that your art in your siggy? ^ ^ If it is I'd say you're well on your way to becomming a successful aviartist. What I did to open shop was look around and see the price-ranges of other shops, and their layouts helped to format my own. If you are still uncertain about the price than go to Pricing, Assistance, and Suggestions and ask others how much they would pay for art you example.

As you can see for my sketches/doodles I have them priced low, because they're easy to make and ... well, I usually consider them scrap copies. Other more detailed things such as my photoshop pics take a large amount of time, so they are high priced. The price depends on detail and neatness for me 3nodding

Oooo those are the worst!! Word of advice? NEVER submit a fanart when you're just getting into the style xd Mi gosh this is to prove how I've advanced over the years, I did this in the beginning of 7th grade My horrid beginning

That's actually pretty good. My begining...it's just wrong....'>> *Cough* See? while over time...4 years, I got decent enough to get this far thank goodness.
