You might have asked permission before you did that. You may have given credit to her but the fact you didn't ask to use the pose that she originally drew was inconsiderate. But it's really late and if I don't leave now I'm gonna say something I probably shouldn't so goodnight and you really should have asked before you did what you did. Kinda in the rules not to do that.

Don't worry you already did say something you shouldn't have. ^_^ I'm just showing off my work...not like I'm selling it...its of me anyway... Plus I'm friends with Kyy and she knows about it and well technicaly...if I wanted to draw that that was more my choice to do so...I shouldn't have to ask permission to draw what I want to draw even if its practical a carbon copy... But if I was selling here...then that'd be a problem... If I sold something I drew from another's picture at my art shop then I wouldn't have to ask , a person would have to commision it and thats their problem if they steal a pic for me to draw from. I mean I couldn't just chose to draw a person randomly and sell it to them out of the blue...so I'm at no fault in anyway on the matter. ^_^ Plus don't steal her art she means not to say you drew it and its your's thus the meaning of the part "I don't really want to have to start putting the word "SAMPLE" across everything" I mean...that wouldn't really stop someone from drawing it...you can still see it with sample written over it , but if you showed off a picture that had the big red word "SAMPLE" written over it and said it was yours...thats a bit odd why wouldn't you just use the normal one. Oh well I'm beginning to rammble on now in my tired stooper... Night.
