Hello, dearie ^^

Ah, I usually catch the flu pretty often. Overall during these days, 'cause it gets very cold, but HUUUUUMIIIIID where I live, so it is pretty deadly. It is not some kind of "dry" cold weather as in canada, but I catched the swine flu in Canada and... oh holy tomatoes... That DID HURT A LOT!!!

Haha, people catch the flu here during the winter time, for the rest of the year, we're pretty damn good with the weather. The only bad thing is that, this year, the weather has been extremely cold, and I'm really hating it, 'cause I don't feel like going out at all... Windy, rainy, ultra humid... Horrid.

And yea, I got that thing for around five days, the usual. Got the treatment, got better pretty fast, and then back home!! heart

I'm in the Canary Islands... Supposedly a paradise, but pretty damn far from that idea at the moment... Also, I caught that stupid flu when I was living in Canada, two years ago.

I honestly hope the weather changes, but we're in February, amidst Carnivals, and it is pretty traditional for the Carnivals to be soaked in water, so... Having my hopes put in the warm, sunny breeze of spring and let this chilly winter pass by.

And it's oki if you want to twin my avi. I don't have any problems at all when people like what I do and they ask for permission to do something with it. Please, go ahead ^^ heart

...I know this might sound silly but does it have a lot of canaries? ouo...It sounds like it should be a paradise but...I guess not at the moment lol ~ Ohh how come you lived in Canada?

I suppose these are called the Canary Islands because of that, there's tons of wild canaries around here, and they sing like angels. We say that it is our symbolic animal ^^. I've had two of them, and their melodies are amazing 4laugh

I went to Canada because of... Well... Love. It turned out that I felt more trapped than something else. I didn't really have much to do, so I ended up being pretty depressed, so I left the country without telling my ex-bf the actual reason, which was... Loneliness at heart. I came back home and I re-discovered everything I had left: my studies, my friends, fencing, archery and my current boyfriend, who I adore with my whole heart ^^ heart

Yes, we dress up for carnivals, and you get to see very fun and original costumes around!!. I once dressed up as a phone cabin, so you get the idea... LOL. I've seen amazing costumes around, and I'm planning on designing a Venetian Mask costume with my boyfriend for the next carnivals. I might repeat last year's harlequin for this one. I think the most amazing and hilarious costumes I've seen were the group of guys who were dressed up as speramtozoids, another group of guys dressed up as the city tram, and another guy dressed up as an airline stewardess wearing the actual uniform!!. Those were amazing, hahaha!.
