Hello!!. Welcome to Sugar Roses, please come in and have some macaroons^^.

I finally decided, after a pretty long hiatus in Gaia Online, that I wanted to keep on drawing avatar art for those who are interested in commissioning me. Drawing is my hobby, and creating avatar art gives me the chance to continue improving my style and coloring techniques as well. Please, keep in mind that I may not be the best artist out there and that I can be a little bit busy due to university studies, fencing lessons, and archery, but I will always do my best to keep a smile on your face thanks to my artwork, and maybe you'd like to come back and visit this shop again! 4laugh

Updates

-04/09/12 ON HIATUS: All trades will be cancelled until next shop update. Currently I have to get moving with University work if I want to pass this year and I cannot spend any time on anything else but studies. I hope I can get back to drawing asap... cry
-03/01/12 New: For those commissions which are stated as NO BACKGROUND, the final piece will consist in a transparent .png file. The extension .png prevents color information loss with each re-opening of the file, which .jpg doesn't support. If you want me to save your file in a concrete extension, please notify me as soon as you receive your first information PM. Thank you!! ^^ heart
-12/25/11 MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!. Thank you for having passed by this shop, ordered, lurked, stayed and chat. Just simply THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!. I am very sorry for the lack of updates but things have been very tough for me the past month and a half. Things have gotten very sad and very hard to deal with to a point, but now everything has restarted and I am ready to keep on working for you guys and finish off the pending commissions I've already restarted working with ^^ 4laugh

Let me introduce you to my creations. A brief explanation about my artwork, is that it is mainly based on manga/anime style, and I create it using traditional media (a.k.a COPIC markers, colored pencils, soft pastels...) and add some touch-ups with Adobe Photoshop CS3. I would like you to know that, if you find my prices high in any way, keep in mind that Gaia Gold does not pay for my material, and that coloring using several mediums can be pretty time-consuming sweatdrop

Prices

-For the Chibi Style, at least 250k.
-For the Manga Style, at least 600k.

Prices will double up for a couple, and will add an extra of 25k for a detailed background. Otherwise, the final piece will consist in a transparent .png file.

At the moment, I am only offering fullbodies in each style.

The price can be high, but, again, I would like you to keep in mind that it is pretty time- consuming, and my materials are not covered with Gaia Gold, but real money. Thanks! ^^
