Details:

she´s an artificial being and was raised in a laboratory.
of course she got some special powers (like controlling machines and letting them outgrow of her body) *surprise surprise*

...but she also has a split personality.
The first is very kind, pensive, calm, shy and caring and the second one is the exact opposite, ruthless, cruel and grim.
Her "dark" side is the only one who can use the powers and so she can barely controll herself especially in dangerous situations due to her tender character.

her "white" side:

Eyes: very light, nearly white (both eyes)
Hair: slightly curled, white, mid back length, no specific hairstyle (feel free to experiment), she often wears a mechanical looking headpiece which fits to her clothing (>>> you can also design your own one...I´d really enjoy it ^^)
Clothing: always wears a golden pocket watch (it´s also musical clock) around her neck (one you can open up so it only shows the cover, ornated with a big red jewel which is hold by a golden grid >>> the one in ref pic 3 is an example... ), imaginative dresses (feel free to play with forms, patterns and colors>>>but please no squeaking pink girly outfits xD ...surprise me with your design <3)

her "dark" side:

Eyes: black sclera, red iris (both eyes)
Hair: same
Clothing: same
