If you have any questions about purchasing art, with what we offer, or any other questions, please ask us!

Do not PM us/the Shop Mule your order.
Post them in the thread. If you PM them to us, they will be deleted.

Do not send trades to the Shop Mule.
Please send them to the respective artist. Any trades that are sent to the shop mule will be cancelled and you will be reminded to read the rules.

Send the trade immediately after you post your order.
We want to know if you are serious about purchasing our art, and sending the trade after the order is proof enough you are. NO TRADE, NO ART.

All Sales Final.
Once trades are fully completed after you receive your artwork, you can not go back and ask us to make changes or additions. Please make sure when you make your order look over it to see if you missed anything before posting your order and making the trade.

Do not steal/alter our artwork.
We know our drawing styles, and if we see them altered in any way WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, there will be very serious consequences!
Also, if you see anyone with our art, and it has been altered, send us a PM with the post/shop you saw it in and we'll take care of that crook!

Please be patient with us and with your art.
We all have lives outside Gaia, we do get busy, and like everyone else, there are days where we don't want to draw. We will do the best we can to make sure you get it in a timely fashion, but don't whine if we're late, even to extremes. You always have the option to cancel your order, but YOU MUST CONTACT US WHEN YOU DO SO.

My name is Yue Hirino, just one of the lovely ladies here to entertain your art needs :3

I pride myself in my sketched and detailed line art.
My belief is that line art can tell you a story, tell you an emotion, and can make you feel involved and compelled to ignite something in your heart, your mind, and your soul.
While I hold myself to high standards with my art, I am a student of art, always and forever. I am never afraid to make mistakes and try to learn from them. So, please be aware that if something doesn't look perfect or seems off, just understand that effort, time and lots of erasing and frustration went into perfecting your piece.

Your piece will look like the samples, but with (hopefully) cleaner, more distinct lines. Unfortunately, my scanner hates pencils, so the background of the picture will appear dark.
I'm working on a workaround for that, but I will do my best to make the dark appearance as less annoying as possible.
More samples will be added as I obtain and finish orders.

I'll try to finish commissions in a timely fashion, but there is never a guarantee due to Lucas causing me trouble. If you don't know who Lucas is, feel free to ask.

As I gain commissions, you will see a % to how far along I am. There are NO IMAGE WIPs since I draw on paper and scanning WIPs is time consuming.
If you wish to see a WIP of your art, though, please make a mention of it in your order form.
However, I will send you WIPs if I deem your piece eligible for one; more specifically if there is a certain mood or complexity to the piece.
