Do Scottish people speak primarily english or do they have another kind of local language?
Or do you know any other place in Europe that speaks primarily english? Coz I know a lot of European countries have different local languages, like, french, or dutch.

scottish people speak english. i think some people up north speak gaelic but i dunno if they speak more gaelic or english. i don't know any gaelic anyway. o_o;
