I'd like the style you used in your sample for the colored sketch..I believe it's a chibi? ninja

price you're willing to pay: I believe 30k would be your base price + tip of 15k = 45k

if you need it by a certain time: No, but it'd be great if I wouldn't have to wait months for it ^^;;

colors wanted: Colors are specified in the references. For the background, I'd like lots of green for the meadow and colorful flowers.

setting/background: I'd like them in a meadow, with few trees and some flowerpatches. Daytime can either be daybreak or sunset.

any additional things you want: Poses are up to you, but their best buddies, so I'd like you to incorporate that ^^ Oooh, something that shows their personalities would be loved, too whee
