Why don't the mods moderate it more? After all, that kind of stuff just takes the whole site down.

There aren't enough Mods to Mod, they ask the users report things that are against TOS to help them out, and if it's really bad, say a porn thread, you can find an online Mod and send a PM to them with the link and why it needs to be dealt with.

I don't have a "mini shop" never bothered at all with it that and if it's user run, I'm probably to new to be on it, but last I checked mini shop was a forum, kinda separate from the Request and Commissions thread. I guess I always figured MS for other types of stuff, but maybe not.

Mini-Shops has a lot of subforums, and it can be confusing to figure out exactly where your shop should belong. Please read the guidelines below carefully to make sure you put your shop in the right place!

If your shop sells Gaia items like donation letters, store commons, rares etc...
Whoops! You're in the wrong place - head over to the Gaia Exchange to create your shop.

If your shop sells ONLY custom avatar art and other customized art commissions (not including avatar edits)...
Place your thread in the Requests & Commissions subforum.
Threads looking to commission art or with specific art requests also go in Requests & Commissions.

If your shop sells pets that grow or reproduce...
Place your thread in the Breedable/Changing Pets subforum.

If your shop offers a service like bumping, fortune-telling, writing, CSS coding, etc....
Place your thread in the Services subforum.

If your shop sells bump signs, banners, layouts, signatures, ID cards, and other specially designed graphics...
Place your thread in the Personalized Graphics subforum.

If your shop sells items that you made, plushies, dolls, avatar edits, sprites, pets that don't breed or change, pixel treats, or other things that don't fit into the categories above...

I've decide Avi art doesn't get done on my days off, though I do draw, made a headshot of my avi wearing my OMG and Kikki and used permanent marker to color it, i'll have to scann it in and see if it's a viable way of doing art for the shop.
