Purely because what's done is drawn on paper, and not digitalized, I'd say a flat fee of 50k for a colored body should be right. 30k for an uncolored. As for busts, the prices go lower.
However, if you find out that there are multiple clients who dig the being-on-paper thing, you can charge more. I'd suggest doing an auction, first.

20k is the most you should be asking for at your current skill level, in my opinion...

Digital art and 'Old-fashioned' art are two different catagories. You can't say one is a higher level of skill than the other because they are not the same. You can't compare my hand-drawn artwork to digital art work, you can only compare hand-drawn stuff to other hand-drawn stuff; and likewise digital stuff to other digital stuff.
There is nothing wrong with my avatar art. It is very detailed and well drawn. I don't claim to be the best but I still deserve some appreciation and respect just like every other artist; digital or hand-drawn. There is no bad art or good art; it all comes down to prefrence...
