Wearing bright, multi-colored stockings under her black shorts alone would have done it, but then she wouldn't have been Tourma. Wearing a tee that had been strategically cut and had different colored ribbons woven and tied through the hot pink fabric. Checkered suspenders and colorful accessories galore added a certain tact that the regulars there were used to seeing from the Skullmonkey. Her hair was tied up and out of her face with black ribbons. "

The flecks of silver you see are bits of metal. She has a nostril piercing. Loves to dance or just be an evil girl. I think that's all that's not in her ref picture. Have fun with her outfit and tweak if you need to, just make sure it's colorful and odd. Always wears a watermelon tourmaline necklace.
