Are they new ? whats their story ?

well, they started out as my first avatars on another site. they were the first two i ever created, using many of the same items, but exuding very different sides of my personality. since then i have had a consistent theme there of this "character duality" and have always reffered to these as my twins, each being the adverse side of the coin that is me. and from there slightly developed their characters.

the punky one is Oda (my username there is Odland) and the sweet one is Breta (my nickname here on gaia)

though they both have time and again strived for their independence, they always come back to each other, because neither one is complete without the other, and just can't seem to function in the real world without their sister.

Breta came first, and due to complications during Oda's delivery, their mother ultimately did not survive labor. Their father throughout their childhood was always working and a distant figure, they had a nanny until age 13 whom they still consider to be their only real family besides each other.
