Introduction

So, basically, I'm quitting Gaia and giving away my items. Except, a lot of hard work went into getting these items, so I wouldn't feel right just *giving* them away. So I'm proposing a REVERSE art shop.

Simply put, draw me stuff and I'll give you stuff. Even if it's just stick figures in MS Paint - I'll still give you something (though in the case of stick figures, all you can expect is ink or gold sweatdrop )

Of course, it's slightly more complicated than that...

The Rules

General Rules:

1. Follow the general Gaia TOS and all that shizz
2. No trolling, off-topic discussion, or needless bumping in my thread
3. I may or may not be able to give you the item(s) you request, but you WILL be compensated for your efforts
4. If you request a really expensive/rare item and deliver crappy art - you're getting a crappy reward
5. If you request a really cheap/common item and deliver fantastic art, you're getting what you requested AND THEN SOME
6. If you send me fanart that you yourself didn't draw, or fanart that you traced or eyeballed, not only won't you get your reward, I'm reporting you.

How Does This Work?

Basically, you need to draw me something that I'll like. I'm going to provide a HUGE list of characters, pairings, and other stuff that I like, so there should be PLENTY of stuff to choose from. Not into shonen-ai, certain pairings, certain characters or certain series? That's fine, I have pretty diverse interests, if I do say so myself. If you hate EVERYTHING on my list, that's perfectly all right, just don't complain about it in my thread. Or, heck, suggest that I watch/read some of the things you DO like, and I might actually get interested in them, therefore giving you something to draw.

So here's how this works:

Step 1: You think: "Gee, I'd sure like to draw something for this ArtikGato chick. She has a nice, juicy inventory of items that she's giving away!"

Step 2: You PM me with your intention to draw something, what you might draw, and what item(s) you might want [or some random sum of gold is fine too]

Step 3: I'll PM you back and tell you: "OK."

Step 4: You draw the art, using whatever means you want, and then you can either post the art in the thread, link to it, or send me a link via PM

Step 5: I'll go: "OMGYAY" and possibly spam some emoticons. Then I'll take a serious look at your art and decide what items I want to give you.

Step 6: I'll send you a trade request with the item(s)/gold I feel the work warrants.

NOTE: Yes, I realize that the "quality" of the artwork is a horribly subjective thing. Nine times out of ten I'll probably give you want you requested anyway - but this is mostly so that I don't have someone request my Hermes Moon, then draw me some stick figures for five seconds in paint, and then complain or report me because I didn't give them the Hermes Moon. No, for an item like that you'd better deliver some REALLY FREAKING GOOD ART.

NOTE2: If you feel like disputing me about the reward you get, PM me. I'll send you an honest critique of the art, and why I feel like it got what it deserved. This goes for people who think they drew something really crappy and got a really nice reward, too. =D

CLAUSE: If your art makes me fangirl nosebleed, you automatically get really good items. wink

What I want you to draw:

This is a really long list of my favorite pairings and characters and whatnot. In other words - the stuff I want more art of. Feel free to draw several characters in one fanart, by all means. Also, for pairings I'll accept anywhere from general fluff to PG-13. I'd ask for smut, but this is a PG-13 website, after all. sweatdrop At the top of the list are a few of the characters/pairings I hardly see any fanart for. Perhaps because they're from older series, or they're crack pairings - whatever the reason. If you draw me those, you get brownie points, my everlasting love, and better rewards!

I'll just post my inventory and tell you that I have about 43k readily available. I also have a couple of mules with stuff on them, but most of it isn't really rare.
