Well for personality traits
-He's a wild, adventurous animal trapped in a human body
-He's a guy trickster (free running/parkour)
-He's a Prankster
-He's a protector
-Has very active ears mainly forward

Well as for the pose, since he's always watching he just sits on building ledges, chewing on straws.
